What Colorme is

Colorme is an online personal color analysis service. You answer a short quiz about your features, send a selfie and receive a personalized color palette, with combinations and suggestions for everyday use.

The analysis is generated automatically by artificial intelligence from your photo and your answers. It is a styling suggestion, not a diagnosis, and it does not replace an in-person consultation with an image professional.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Colorme. Between 16 and 18, use depends on authorization from a legal guardian. The service is not offered to anyone under 16.

Your account

Your account is created with your name and email. You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to that email — there is no password.

That means keeping access to your inbox is what keeps your account safe. If you notice any misuse, write to us at help@colorme.cc.

The selfie you upload

Only upload photos of yourself. By sending a selfie, you confirm that you are the person pictured and that you have the right to use that image.

The photo exists to generate your analysis. How it is handled, who it is shared with and how to remove it are described in the Privacy Policy.

Free result and full guide

Part of your result is free. The full guide is a paid product, sold through a partner payment platform, and unlocked in your account as soon as the purchase is confirmed.

Because it is digital content, you have 7 days from the purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, as provided by article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Just write to help@colorme.cc.

Acceptable use

By using Colorme, you agree not to:

• Upload someone else's photo without their permission.
• Resell, redistribute or publish the guide's content as if it were yours.
• Try to bypass payment, authentication or any technical limit of the service.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in a way that harms other people.

Content and intellectual property

The Colorme brand, website, texts, palettes and guides are ours. Your result and your palette are yours to use however you like in your personal life — what is not allowed is redistributing or commercializing the material.

Service availability

We work to keep Colorme online, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure or an outage at a provider we depend on. We may also change or discontinue features over time.

Closing your account

You can request the deletion of your account at any time from the profile page. When we process the request, we delete your account, your analyses and your photo. We may also suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the last-updated date at the top of this page changes; if the change is significant, we let you know by email.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the consumer's domicile.
